Before submitting your application, please refer to the marketing information for details about the available courses:
The Student Course Application Form can be downloaded from our website. Applicants must complete the form, ensuring it is signed and dated.
If the applicant is under 18, a parent or guardian must also sign the form.
Completed application forms, along with the required supporting documents, must be submitted to: ceadmin@clintonenglish.vic.edu.au
Once we receive your application form and supporting documents, Clinton English will review your application. We may contact you for additional documentation or a placement test, if necessary.
If the applicant is onshore (i.e., currently studying at another provider), the international student transfer policy will apply.
Eligible applicants will receive an offer letter detailing course information and enrolment conditions. Please read the offer letter carefully before accepting it.
Note: Clinton English does not accept international students under the age of 18. However, students may apply for a course with a start date after they turn 18. If you are under 18 at the time of submitting the application, a parent or guardian must sign the offer letter for it to be valid.
To accept the offer and proceed with enrolment, you must submit:
The signed offer letter
Proof of initial payment as requested in the offer letter
The electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCOE) will be issued once these documents are received. The eCOE will be sent to the applicant or their agent, enabling them to apply for a student visa.
Closer to the course commencement date, you will receive an invitation to the orientation session. The orientation is scheduled for your first day of study.
Our orientation program provides a comprehensive introduction to life at Clinton English and includes the following:
Important:
All students must attend the orientation session to confirm their course commencement.
If you are unable to attend due to visa delays, you must complete a Deferral Application Form and submit it to ceadmin@clintonenglish.vic.edu.au
before the course intake date (orientation date)
If you do not attend orientation and fail to notify us before the intake date, Clinton English may issue an intention to cancel your enrolment for non-commencement.
This could result in a report to the Department of Home Affairs (DHA), potentially impacting your visa application or visa status.
